This downloadable manual summarizes the material for a two day workshop to empower people with information on how to avoid circumstances that cause health problems and to take advantage of preventable and treatment health programs. The workshop is geared toward professionals to train their colleagues to develop access to health programs, individuals studying health information, and toward the general public.
